No-Questions-Asked Returns (7 Days)
Within 7 natural days of receipt, if the item is unused and in original packaging (all accessories, manual, certificate of conformity included), you may return it for a full refund.
Return shipping is at buyer's expense. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Quality Issues
If you receive a defective product (not due to user damage), contact us within 48 hours with photos or video. We will:
- Prioritize a free exchange (same model, same color)
- If out of stock, issue a full refund including return shipping
- Handle shipping damage claims with SF Express on your behalf
Not Eligible for Return
- Beyond 7-day return window (quality issues excepted)
- Item has been used (visible riding wear)
- Damage from collision, drops, or water immersion
- Removed or damaged serial number sticker
- Missing original packaging or accessories
