The WuQi Series is our smart electric personal scooter, ideal for urban daily commuting, neighborhood rides, and short shopping trips. It works well on flat surfaces, gentle slopes, and both indoors and outdoors.

A full charge gives you approximately 80 km of range (varies by terrain, rider weight, and speed). Standard charger takes 5-6 hours; fast-charge option is around 3 hours.

Top speed is capped at 25 km/h, in compliance with Chinese national standards for electric personal mobility vehicles, safe for sidewalks and non-motorized lanes.

The complete vehicle weighs approximately 28 kg. It features one-touch electric folding that reduces its footprint to one-third of its open size — fits in most car trunks.

The chassis is rated IPX5 water resistance — light rain is fine. Avoid deep water and high-pressure washing.

We ship within mainland China via SF Express (Shunfeng), free of charge. Most areas receive delivery within 3-7 business days. Remote regions may take 7-12 business days.

Full vehicle warranty for 365 days. Core components (motor, battery) for 24 months. Non-accidental defects are repaired or replaced at no charge within the warranty period.

Within 7 days of receipt, unused and in original packaging, you can apply for a no-questions-asked return. Return shipping is at buyer's expense. Refund processed in 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

We have authorized repair partners in major cities across China. We also accept mail-in repairs. Contact us for the nearest service point.
